Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
Handling of insulation, painting, and corrosion protection work.
Preparation of daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and billin measurements.
Experience in working at industrial plants, storage tanks, and process units.

Execution of structural fabrication and erection for industrial and commercial projects.
Experience in handling MS (Mild Steel) and structural steel components such as beams, columns, channels, angles, and plates.
Study and interpretation of structural drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Fabrication activities including cutting, drilling, grinding, fit-up, and welding as per approved specifications.
Erection and alignment of structures using cranes and lifting equipment as per site requirements.
Installation of base plates, anchor bolts, and grouting for structural stability.
Assembly and erection of platforms, walkways, staircases, handrails, and ladders.
Knowledge of bolt tightening (torque), alignment, and leveling techniques.
Coordination with piping, mechanical, and civil teams for integrated project execution.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and work procedures.
Surface preparation, painting, and corrosion protection of structural components.

Execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment and systems.
Maintenance and repair of piping systems, valves, pumps, and storage tanks.
Inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and rotating machinery.
Routine checking of leakages, pressure drops, vibrations, and abnormal noise.
Replacement and servicing of gaskets, seals, bearings, and worn-out components.
Alignment and calibration of equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Handling shutdown maintenance activities including dismantling, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
Coordination with operations team for minimum downtime and smooth plant functioning.
Carrying out hydrotesting, flushing, and system cleaning after maintenance work.
Maintenance of structural components, supports, platforms, and access systems.
